Job Description
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Corporate Administrator to join their corporate services team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day operations and interacting with various stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Administer a portfolio of corporate and trust clients whilst maintaining and developing relationships with clients and third parties
- Provide corporate, trust and secretarial services
- Assist with the preparation of corporate documents
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the corporate department
- Handle any other duties which may be assigned to you
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or related field and/or partly qualified professional qualifications such as ICSA/CGI
- 0-2 years of experience in the sector (internship experience may be considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
