Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation and reporting
- Support the sales team with customer inquiries and product information
- Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum School Certificate
- 2-3 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Fluent in both English and French
- Residing in the northern region of the island
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, honest, and reliable
- Ability to handle financial transactions with precision
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
