Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Ensuring the presence of cashiers and sales associates, and covering absences when necessary.
  • Managing store incidents and handling received invoices.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering necessary products.
  • Communicating promotional strategies to boost sales.
  • Training and mentoring cashiers and sales associates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate and/or Diploma in Management.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle store operations independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and customers.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Basic financial skills for handling invoices and sales reports.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for high-quality service.
  • Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
