Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining the store’s visual standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Fluent in both English and French
- Residing in the northern region of the island
- Passionate about customer service and building relationships with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in retail, particularly in personal care or household products, is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
