Our client is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive with extensive experience in sales channel development and a strong network in the household and personal care products industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business, and implementing marketing strategies within their designated region.
Responsibilities:
Sales Channel Development:
- Identify, establish, and develop new sales channels for cleaning products within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including traditional shops, pharmacies hotels, restaurants, laundries and dry cleaners.
- Leverage existing networks to expand market penetration and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Promote and sell cleaning products to a variety of businesses, tailoring sales strategies to suit each client’s needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to clients to enhance their understanding of product features and benefits.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the expansion of the company’s cleaning products portfolio in the region.
- Research potential markets and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Support the development of marketing materials, promotional strategies, and product positioning to increase brand visibility.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account status in the company’s system.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied and resolving any issues promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term business relationships.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on sales performance, business development efforts, and market conditions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales channel development, business development, and marketing within the household and personal care products or related industry.
- Strong network of contacts in retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- A demonstrated track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities and creating long-term client partnerships.
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns and coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and market trends to adapt marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
