Our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, including submitting board packs to the Board of Directors.
- Drafting resolutions, minutes of meetings, agreements.
- Liaising with banks, other financial institutions / service providers.
- Processing bank transactions.
- Reviewing transactions, agreements, supporting documents.
- Conducting relevant compliance reporting / checks.
- Ensuring clients adhere to the relevant laws and regulations.
- Other company secretarial and administrative work.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Holder of a degree (minimum 2:1) in Management / Finance / Law.
- Experience: 2 – 3 years in Global Business
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
