Over a decade of experience, the company has grown into a workforce of 1000 highly skilled professionals with a presence in 10 countries, and is now looking for Data Analysts, proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer operations to join their customer service team. The ideal candidate will handle customer’s order data while ensuring optimum data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer’s order details.
  • Auditing performance reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with teams for seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexible in different work shifts (Day/Night).
