Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Representative with expertise in sales channel development and a strong network in the household and personal care products industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across a designated region, focusing on a range of products. Additionally, the role involves overseeing product collection and delivery to ensure seamless customer service.
Responsibilities:
Sales Channel Development:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the region for the company’s range of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including traditional shops, pharmacies, hotels, restaurants, laundries and dry cleaners.
- Expand the customer base by actively seeking new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
Sales Execution:

- Promote and sell products, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of the products.
Order Management:

- Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely product delivery and collection of payments.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth product transportation and collection services for clients.
Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and account details in the company’s system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address client inquiries or issues promptly, and ensure long-term customer retention.
Market Research and Reporting:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the region.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Executive, including sales figures, customer feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales channel development, preferably within the household and personal care products industry.
- Strong network and client relationships in retail, hospitality and service sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and sales techniques with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
